What do you think about this RV? I may have a chance to buy it from a buyer who wants to use it this summer and then get rid of it in the fall.

Roof not an issue, google about replacing a fiberglass roof that tears off in the wind, I'll take epdm (rubber) anyday. And the fake ultra leather can be found accross the board, yes it sucks, but not exclusive to Thor. People will always bash THOR, I personally think they're jealous. lol

well read the multitude of posts on problems/issues with rubber roofs. I had them, never again.

Have, and no where near as expensive or damaging as a fiberglass roof failing. Sorry but true. I'm happy you've had no issues as I also have had no issues. Current post on here about a failed roof in a wind storm, sounds pretty bad too me, and pricey too.

Might be a good deal but you need to get the price down a few thousand. A few items to check for and use as a potential negotiating item - tire age, is the water heater gas AND electric, analog TVs, does the backup camera still work and the image clear, older version power train, delimitation on the curb side near the rear storage door. The tires are the biggest item on the list. If they are original or aged out that will be an instant 2-3 thousand dollar expense before your first trip. The delimitation might be a problem but since it's below the floor line a bit easier to repair. It will be a problem if you ever plan to sell or trade in.

I have an 06 Hurricane 31D and have no complaints concerning the manufacturing quality or materials used as others may point out. My coach is relatively light weight with several thousand pounds of available capacity for stuff because of the lighter material used in construction of the house.

Offer them $30K and see what the counter with.

Wow, that thing looks extremely clean and price is good too. I might try talking them down a few more grand. I saw a 2006 Hurricane last summer that was a couple grand less than this one although this might be in better condition.

We had a 2006 34N. Took it to Alaska and Atlantic Canada, putting over 35,000 miles on it over four years before trading it on our current coach. we loved it, it just wasn't large enough or a diesel. No, it doesn't have the highest quality furniture, cabinets or countertops but it is probably the most coach you can get for that price unless you want an older coach.

On edit, $38k is a good price. One thing though, Hurricane and Windsport are technically different, the same but different. Since this one has Hurricane on it it's a Hurricane and not a Windsport. The Windsport would have different basement doors and usually different interior finish options.

If you want a " bettor manufactured " unit --this is not the one.I have a 2007 that the fake ultra leather is peeling away.

Thank you! That was just the info I was looking for as I don't know my manufacturers for gas class As. After having my Gulf Stream Vista Cruiser, I swore I'd always buy and older, but better manufactured, model. (I had an orphaned model with the vista cruiser.)

This coach has about 11,000 miles on it.

The coach looks pretty clean, I personally prefer a 2007 or newer V10 (engine). Too bad the ad doesn't state how many miles are on the coach.

Good luck!

P.S.
Many people prefer manufacturers other than Thor \ FourWinds, so you might get some feedback about that since Hurricanes are considered "Entry Level".
