Oh...I sprinkled the zucchini strands with a small bit of EVOO, some garlic powder, and sea salt then microwaved it for 1 minute. This took the crunchiness out of it and made it much more like real noodles. IMHO this far out shined the spaghetti squash as a substitute for noodles.
