The OP is downsizing to a B+ and changing/adding cookware to accommodate the induction cooktop may not be an option.

Another vote for the electric skillet. Or instead of the George Foreman, get the Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler which is rated higher.
Induction cooktops need the right kind of cookware, an added expense.
Only maybe. Have a nice compliment of cast iron already on hand and you are good to go as far as induction burners go. Still still haven't bought a CI Dutch oven (I'm thinking I'll pull the trigger this winter and treat self to one) but my 6 and 12 inch skillets have served me well.
Sidebar on GF products. Almost 10 years back the man bought a GF 8 in 1 to replace a dead toaster. Looking at it I said that I couldn't use ANYTHING as a toaster that required I read the manual first and into storage it went. Flash forward to now and the circuit board for the for the oven died. Decided to just buy a new stove which crimped my style for roasting interim. Pulled the GF out with much sighing and and read the manual. Easy to toast with and not too hard to roast and broil. Still using it a month later so the new stove remains brand spanking new for the new owner ( we are selling). Red letter marked my calendar that the man was right about a cooking appliance. Once.
Still doesn't make up for the late night TV ceramic knife set, juicers (yessssssssssssss plural), slider patty maker and frankfurter cooker but as is my wont I digress :p.
