I found this in the rear storage compartment of a Carriage Cameo. I can’t follow the wires because the rear of the camper is sealed, no access. There are no markings on the outside front or back.
Approx. 3”x4”x1”
Fused power with ground wire (red & Blk)
Antenna-2” long (left side)
(2) sets of wires coming out of Bottom
There is a round projection on the top which looks like you could plug something into it but there is what looks like a plug in it. I did not try to take it apart.

It's possible it's a remote control receiver that operates slides, awning, jacks, etc.

I'd certainly pull the fuse to render it non-operational, to start.

It may be a video transmitter for a toad, or a GPS tracking unit installed by the (insert con-spiracy theory here)... or ???

As Wa8xym stated, you may need to perform an autopsy to determine just what the critter is and what it does.

pop the unit off the wall and see if there is a manufacturer's plate. May have website, model, etc and go from there. If nothing on the outside, you may want to open it up as well and snap a pic or two.

I was also looking at what looks like a video input on the top, and guess it might be a wireless camera transmitter, but the camera might have been removed for re-install on another RV?

My motorhome now has a wired in camera to my rear view mirror.
