Could we start a list so the few of us that need occasional awesome wi-fi can aid in our vacation bookings?

Very few parks have WiFi that holds up well under lots of users. Gave up and now use a Verizon HotSpot so I can do the things I need to do. I can not and will not rely upon poor park WiFi. Good luck!

Even if that were true, it has no bearing.
The internet IS a form of entertainment and there's no going back to the day of 2400 baud text only internet.
What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

If people didn't use the internet as a form of entertainment when camping all campgound WiFi would be adequate

Never once had decent wifi. Problem is 50-100 people all start streaming video and music at the same time and nobody can do much of anything! Found that internet is kinda sorta ok around 3am-4am otherwise unusable at most RV parks I've stayed at!

Gunsmoke Trav-L-Park in Dodge City, Kansas. I downloaded the Garmin map upgrade in less than 30 minutes. Also, Pecan Park RV Park in San Marcos, Texas. I did the same thing in 2011.

Campaway in Lincoln Nebraska has pretty good wifi. They have antennas in several locations around the sites.

In ten years of traveling and three years of part timing, I've never run across awesome wifi at a campground merely a few adequate ones. The cost of providing enough bandwidth is prohibitive. We turn our data plan on and off with ATT and wife's iphone.

If you look on RV Park Reviews, you can often find comments on WiFi.

I was at one coast to coast campground in Ramona CA, and the speed was nearly 78 baud! I was very impressed with how slow it can go and still keep going.

For those not so technical, it was about 0.1%of dial up at 56,000 bits per minute. Or a simple e-mail can take 2 minutes to download.

For much faster speeds, the RV park in Mesa AZ, called Tiffany RV Park has a retired IT director runnning the place, and Wi-Fi is very fast.
