Looking for an all in one computer with 23" screen, WIFI capable with an SSD hard drive. Don't need a super rig don't play games. Old one just old and slow like me. Kinda like the look of Dell models. Would like to stay under $1500. Looked at many but can't seem to zero in on one. Guess we'll have to go with 8.1. Would appreciate any recommendations.

GDETRAILER - I'm batting ZERO today... Better change out my coffee grounds I reckon... Thanks for reality check...

RBTGLOVE - Sorry if I mislead you with my comments - Was just saying you can get some real good deals on high end computers from OFF-LEASE Computers sales... Will delete my original comments...

Hmm.. didn't bother to read the OPs first post?

OP is looking for an "ALL IN ONE" with a 23 INCH SCREEN.

A "ALL IN ONE" IS DIFFERENT THAN A LAPTOP, a laptop with a 23" screen would be a rather big monster..

All in ones tend to have touch screens and a separate keyboard.

The system board, HD and some have built in DVD drive which are tucked into the BACK of the screen (HINT.. think like buying a monitor which has a system board, HD and DVD drive built in).

I personally am not a "fan" of "ALL IN ONES", I have worked on them in the past and let me tell you they were not reliable back then nor easy to work on.

A lot of the cost with a All in one is the TOUCH SCREEN.. Yep, if you don't believe me then do a search on what touch screen monitors cost.. so if you have no need for the touch screen (I am not a fan of them) then buy a regular desktop PC with a nice 23" monitor and call it a day.

If you end up with Windows 8.0, and don't like the interface, check out Classic Shell You can chose from XP, Vista, Windows 7, and switch between them.

DD bought a Dell all in one from Costco for around 500 dollars. No reason spending much more than that.

If you use StartIsBack with Windows 8, you get the Windows 7 interface and it won't be obsolete as quickly. ๐Ÿ™‚
