5/20 ordered a gift card - debit hit my credit card

5/26 was told by Debbie cards take 4 to 6 weeks, asked for credit, Debie said it takes 4 to 5 days for credit

Called every week - no credit, no gift card and it takes 30 to 45 min of waiting

Called Wells Fargo and completed a fraud report, they also can not get an answer from this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service company.

I will keep this short since most of us in this forum have experienced lengthy delays. First mistake..did not read this forum before recently making two separate online purchases from CW. Second mistake... ordered from CW website. Third mistake...mistakenly thought when I cancelled my orders due to probably never receiving what I ordered I would receive a timely credit to my account. That's it, all of you know how this story ends. Perhaps sometime in the next millennium I will be credited for my cancelled purchases but I am not holding my breath.

Case closed, finally a man from called last Saturday and said a credit was applied (in less than an hour our credit appeared) and they sent us the gift card free for "pain and suffering", well they said they sent it and UPS notified us today of a delivery for Monday. I can only say if you have issues post post and then post here. We received about 4 phone calls, 3 emails, I called 3 times, we notified Visa and Wells Fargo and owe had success. Shame it comes to this - but, lesson learned...

Interesting Mark has set me pm, called the house and both times said the exact thing... Mark - you need to change your cut and paste post and scrips you are repeating yourself!

We are calling our bank today and proceeding with the fraudulent case against CW. Also, checked with the BBB in Illinois and their rating is a B-, surprised it is that good. If you have had issues the BBB website is very easy and user friendly and if you are an elderly person they want to know., I,guess for elderly discrimination.

Wednesday morning and never heard back from anyone yesterday, Jean said she would be " on top of this" for me when she called Sunday. I was on hold yesterday for over 40 minutes and finally gave up.

More empty promises...

Why is it so hard to get my credit?

Sunday at 9:40 AM, a lady by the name of Jean Pickler (sp) called and left a voice mail saying she was on top of our issue and would get back to us today no matter what... It is 10:24 PM and that's right folks no follow up call...

We received a call from someone Sunday saying our issue would be looked into this week....I will post as this proceeds.
