Not really new to RVing, I have a teardrop which I love. I would like to convince my husband to enjoy camping with me now that he is looking at retirement. His need for a daily bath stops him. He tried a couple different times but just didn't like it, thus why I have the much loved teardrop.
Well I remember as a teenager my folks had a trailer, on a permanent lot. It was a 1977 22 foot Golden Falcon. It had the tub shower combo and while not the largest of tubs it would work.
Anybody know of a manufacturer that puts in tubs? Would want to stay in the 22 foot range. I haven't been able to locate one and when I tried to ask a dealer they of course pushed what they have and why I don't want a tub. This is the difference between hubby joining me or not.

I would keep your beloved tear drop.
Rubbermaid makes a 42" storage container. I figure there are other sturdy versions, but a quick search came up with this one.

and you could use a shower room such as this one

If your campground has a waste water disposal cistern, you could easily dispose of the used bathwater.

BTW, my 18' Shasta has a tub. I am 5' and can take a bath in it.

The largest, deepest tubs I've seen in travel trailers have been in some of the Nash and Arctic Fox models. I don't know that even these would be adult size, but I suppose that depends on the size of the adult. Arctic Fox Classic 22G has a tub in a rear bath, but that model is just short of 24 feet long and 5000 pounds empty. Nash 17K and 22H have tubs. The latter is 25 feet long, but the 17K is about 22 feet.

Buy the time he gets the hot water tank used up he won't have much water to bathe. We had a tub in one of our early ones which was great for bathing the small grandchildren but then, they didn't take up much water. Your hubby will find that as he ages he'll have a hard time getting our of a RV tub! 🙂 Good luck!!

I assume that your hubby is not satisfied with a shower as any rv park would have them available. I saw a tear drop that did have a small wet bath potty. my class A chieftain had a tub about 46 inches long but that was 34 ft. IIIRC. saw a big 5er with a residential sunken tub.

Thank you all, at least I know they are still making them. I have thought about getting an older unit and doing a make over or getting a cargo trailer and building our own.

Our Landau has a 32"x18"x12" deep tub/shower. I did take a bath in the tub once, just to see how usable it was, although I do prefer showers. The bath was doable, but I felt like a pretzel at times.

Tubs are actually pretty common but so small as to be impractical for anyone over 10yrs old (to use it as a tub and not a shower). You aren't going to find an adult size tub in any production RV's particularly in smaller units.

Assuming you are willing to do a little remodeling and give up space for other uses, I'm sure you could do some remodeling and put in a tub. As long as you are on a full hookup site, water usage wouldn't be big deal.

An off the wall idea: They have inflatable hot tubs. You could set it up outside. If he needs it for cleaning (and not just a hot soak), you could put it under the awning and put up side curtains.

Over your requested 22', but I had a 26' Dutchmen, 2014, which had a small tub. I thought it was great.

Enjoy your teardrop. A tub and a bigger fresh water tank and gray water tank and bigger water heater will fill up a 22' TT. Many TTs have a garden tub, you could wash your feet in.
