We just got a TT a few days ago. We went to Disneyworld a few years ago and got a key chain in the shape of the large old motel keys, it is from the tower of terror. It says Room 1313 on it. I immediately put the keys on it. I had been waiting for something to use it for. Maybe we will call it "Room 1313", and hope it brings good luck not bad.

Caller the 5er Serenity, otherwise it's the car, the Jimmy or the truck. Believe that time spent in Serenity has gone a long way to saving what is left of my sanity.

Also a fan of Firefly the TV series.

Not only does ours have a name, "The Onion Cart", but the name is actually displayed front & back. Even more, as by the pic, when camped, even in a boatyard/marina, we fly our flag.

Not very original here. The 5th wheel is called "The Cardinal". The tow vehicle is called "The Chevy". Neither is a "he" nor "she", but I occasionally say "come on baby, start".

Coming from living full time in a boat to living full time in a 5th wheel to living full time in a park model in south west Florida and traveling in a class B, Pleasureway Excel 2010, I have named the PW "The Keys Traveler". (They all had names). Obviously we travel the Keys extensively, probably 85% of our trips. I have found that our moniker lets others know what our priority is in traveling and if we can assist anyone who is traveling in the Keys with useful information we are more than happy to do that. I also think that these names say a lot about the occupants sense of humor, friendliness, etc..

Our ViewFinder is "The Camper". Our Phaeton is "Arwon". When someone asks which rig is
ours, we point at it and say "That's Arwon" (Our One).

When I had a boat it was "the boat"
I do refer to my tractors by name, I have the 8n, the "Ford",and the "A".

We have the"Camper", We have the "Car".
I can see where this next part may get confusing,we have two of the "truck" one being the a new Ram 1500 and the other being an'87 Chevy K 20. I manage to muddle through that problem by defining the chore at hand. If I am going to haul wood gravel trash manure, etc I use the "Truck." if I am going to venture onto a public road or go camping, shopping etc, we use the "Truck".
I have managed it so far with out labels! God willing it will remain so.

I don't call them anything but truck, rig, car, tractor, chair, table etc.

Never got into naming objects or understanding the reason behind it.

The dang things won't come when called anyway.

My Dad use to call his work truck some names.........
