Since folks were so great about answering my last question, I am going to get really brave and show you guys how little I know. I am on my 7th camper and have never had air conditioning unti now. My question - is 50 amp required to run the air conditioner or can it also be run on 30 amp? Yes I am embarrassed to ask this question.

If you only have one AC you can even buy a adaptor and run it on a 20 amp circuit like the ones in your house. You can not run anything else on that circuit then though.

(Why do I get the feeling I've said this before? What do they call that De-sha-vue. or something like that.)

In reality it can run on 15 amp service.
