Buy a dinghy in Arizona?

Is there much of a resale market for dinghys in AZ? We are headed there in October with our MH for a family thing. I am wondering if I'd have any luck finding used dinghys for sale out there. Then buy one (CR-V) and tow it home. Seems like AZ or FL would be the best bet for this.
Currently RV-less but not done yet.

Yeah,
I'd say there's a good market for them. There's several thousand Canadians that migrate to all sections of AZ for their Winter get-away. There's also a few thousand Eastern Staters that come out too. And, I suspect that quite a few might opt for selling what they have to move up or, change for some reason. Here in Lake Havasu, the street/campgrounds/RV parks and more are triple crowded when it's winter over here from all the snowbirds.

Yuma, Phoenix, Tucson, Chandler, Avondale, Gilbert, and many other larger and smaller towns have quite a bit capacity increase during that time. But, just how many are selling off toads etc., I'm not all that sure. Good luck in your search.

If you can't find what you want, already set up, call Az Hitchman on Bell Rd, in Phoenix. They do excellent work, at a very fair price. If you go in and talk cash greenery price, the price is even better.
Would check Green Vally, Yuma, Casa Grande, and Tucson CL first though.
We sold our Tracker and Grand Vitara already set up for towing, and got private party value on them.

You are sure limiting yourself to a very small segment of vehicles if you only want vehicles already set up for towing. On top of that, if they aren't equipped with baseplates and mounting brackets that are compatible to your hitch, even if you find one set up it won't work for your vehicle. Then many people are going to try and recoup the costs of the setup in the price of the towed. Doubt you will save any money over just buying the towed you want and setting it up for towing. Then you won't be spending your vacation time chasing toads..

Yes. Az is better than Florida since there won't be any rust issues.
Come end of October, start scouring Craigs list and Escapees classifieds for them.
