Camping in Canada

We're touring the US and have been using the Ultimate Campground Project to find spots for our trailer. How can we find spots in Canada?

The Ultimate Public Campground Project added Canada to its database last year. You can judge its coverage for yourself by looking at their free website map.

They also provide apps for iOS, Mac, and Android devices.

UCP does list sites in Canada as well but don't know how comprehensive it is.

Since I'm currently tenting (hope I never stop either :D) nd even when my RV arrives it'll be of a size that will fit in any campsite I just check the websites of different provinces or states for campgrounds I might have an interest in or google away.
This works fine for my kind of camping but is not necessarily good for those who make decisions at the last minute.
