Fleetwood RV paint

I have a 2006 Fleetwood Southwind that is garage kept, but the paint appears to be fading. The color is tan and in certain areas there are lines that are appearing through the paint that look like ribs in the Fiberglas. In addition the painted areas between the decals have the appearance of spiderweb fractures that are very fine black lines. I tried washing, using a finishing compound and a couple of other cleaners to no avail, including black streak remover. All suggestions will be appreciated.

The fiberglass gelcoat is fading out and there is really nothing that I know how to fix it. I had a P.O.S. Mallard coach built by Fleetwood and the same thing happened,i simply painted it in the driveway using a foam roller and a brush and it actually came out looking pretty good
