Both as a rule get high marks here. And occasionally complaints. GS seems to get a few more complaints than CN. Maybe there are more using GS than CN. Any way that is why I went with CN. But have never had to use them so can't comment on their service. Don't really think you can go wrong with either.
I have found Good Sam Roadside Service to be good. I have used them twice for my car.
