Maxx air vent

I had to drop the screen over the toilet to remove a wasp nest. While cleaning the vent dome, a center tab popped out. Glued and caulked it back on and the edge of that dome is just crumbling, probably from sun damage. While looking for a replacement, I ran across the Maxx air, which seem like a more sensible solution.

Any comments on this product? It also seems like an easy installation.

We put two Maxxair Deluxe manual opening in last year....love them.
It's great that the cover and fan are all in one. Also lower profile on the roof.

we had a maxxaire in our last trailer for almost 10 years and LOVED IT!! IT was the old style that let us adjust the speed to anything we wanted. Had it over the bed and would even run it with the lid closed for noise. It was great

I put in a MaxxAire last year. Easy install and I'm very happy with it.
