New grab handles

We are going to install a new larger grab handle on our TT. Presently it has a small one. Hubby and I have been discussing exactly where it should be positioned. Now...there are 4 different stickers? Under the old handle. We also thought it best to leave the old handle on so we do not have issues at a later date.
Before this discussion gets heated, LOL. we thought it might be best to ask just how high or low, ( depending from where you measure,LOL ) do we place the new handle. Thanks

Thanks....I am shorter so it makes sense to me, LOL. As long as I get to hubby before he installs it. He put a beautiful mirror up for us in the house...looks great...too bad I can't see myself, LOL

I put ours where it was most comfortable for DW and into a stud. I am considerably taller but it still works for me. 🙂

Put 'em where the shorter spouse (I'm not making assumptions ;)) can reach them even when the grade drops away from the door a bit, like when you're parked at the edge of the pad. It's easier to reach down than it is to reach up, and you'll put less strain on the grab handle to boot.

I put mine in the place where it was easy to grab. if nothing else put it over the old handle and center it between the two ends of the new one.

No fun if it rips out when being used OR is too high/too low for you to use comfortably

I guess I was wondering if there was a standard height to put it. There is about 11 inches difference in height between hubby and myself.

Is it time for your medication or mine?
