Roadmaster Guardian vs Tow Defender

I am looking for recommendations regarding which is best at protecting our toad. I have a 29' Ford E-450, so the exhaust is out the side and not directly in back that would damage the fabric of the Defender. For reasons not important, I do want to stay with a Roadmaster product. Any thoughts?

Crowe--yes, that is why i want to stay with them. It also helps they are headquartered in my "back yard".

I can't comment on which would be better for your application, but I will say that Roadmaster has one of THE BEST customer service departments/attitudes I have ever had to deal with. Long story short, our tow bar broke on our way down to OBX. Not only did they ship us a new bar to the campground, they upgraded us to the next level at no charge.
