RV or camping manners....

This is why I am posting this topic.
We were parked in a RV/Resort type place. This only happened once in many years of RVing.
We had friends over for burgers and eats. Just as we were sitting down to eat at our table in our yard around 4 or 5 PM in the afternoon....... Our next door neighbor dumped his black tank. It had a terrible smell. We all could not eat. The neighbor could see we had friends over and we're getting ready to eat!
I could understand if the man was getting ready to pull out but he did not leave for a week after this!
Maybe he didn't know any better but how could he not know this was not the right thing to do.

It's just part of the lifestyle. Control what you can, let the rest go, and move on with life.
If we sweat the small stuff, what's going to happen when something major happens?

The guy probably had no clue that the stink of dumping would occur.
People in a campground atmosphere for the most part are not intentionally rude or uncaring. There are exceptions of course. It seems to me you are making a lot of to do over nothing. Don't like the smell, move indoors. Looking at your photo bucket I noticed the shots of all of your lights. That really offends me and looks like a camp full of Gypsies moved in. At least the smell dissipated in a few seconds but the lights!! not so much.

I had an accidental spill on a full hookup site. **** happens out there. All I was doing was lifting the hose to drain poop and gray water combo. Big mistake, the quick connect spun free off the donut elbow connection and sludge mixture poured out of hose. Yuck. I was leaving and had a mess to clean up for sure.
