Save a bit on fuel

Oklahoma City reg is ow $1.63 diesel in Adair is $1.89,
Market is down hurting our retirement like most others but oil is a t $31.05 now and may hit $20.00. If so perhaps fuel in the dollar range will make travel a lot less expesnive.

Right. Oil prices are not indicative of the overall economy, it is much worse. The National Debt is setting records, the stock market has tanked losing 10 % in a one day.

$1.20 something in Oklahoma for regular.$1.79 for diesel, I think I read earlier.

I happen to like lower fuel prices (diesel). Just like all markets there are fluctuations. Thought most of us have seen this before. Must have short memories.

$30 oil is a strong signal that the world economy is in trouble.
$20 oil means big trouble.

No one should be rejoicing about cheap fuel, when the economy, the stock market, revenue from fuel sales and many other indicators are in free fall.

I was desperate for fuel to get home and a Chevron station in San Jose, CA charged $4.19 per gallon for diesel. What a rip off, needless to say I did not buy a tank full. That was like $.50 per gal more than regular gas.

The best AROUND here is $3.23 per gal for regular 87 octane
And I put premium 91 octane in my Ford 460 Bounder gas tank

Fuel taxes are per gallon and market forces on lower prices increase tax revenues generally.

Prices that low can put a major strain on some state governments. Not always a good thing.
