They also continue to advertise "Gluten Free" and "No Corn" as if it made a difference. In 37 years of practicing veterinary medicine I have never seen or heard of in the literature a gluten intolerant dog - they may be out there but talk about FAD. We've tried to address the misconceptions about corn - but that seems to be a never ending project. Now if you can address these issues, you can officially be added to the core membership.

Doug, our vet says the very same thing. She says BB is all about marketing and not about nutrition. Worse than that, BB put weight on our small dogs that they did not need. We now have Darcy on Royal Canin weight control dry food and she is looking and feeling great. I wish I had made the change years ago and perhaps Rosie would've lasted longer.

Been noticing recently that the Pet Stop's been somewhat quiet. Don't see a few of (IMHO, what I consider) the core members who posted here, haven't done so in a while, e.g. Susan, Cat, etc..Pops
I noticed that too. Forum has pretty much been whittled down to a parts, equipment question forum starting right around when GS took over.
Started wondering if the admin actually was blocking any of the more interesting friendly RV posts since they don't exist anymore.
I actually did a search to see if there was another forum every one jumped ship to.:W

So are there openings in the core group then? ๐ I'll jump in. I have a 10 month Texas Healer who is recovering from surgery (spay) this week. She gets her stitches out next week. She has recently figured out that sticking her cold wet nose in my ear gets her my full undivided attention. She loves camping.

It's really that simple!๐
Sadly, I don't know what the best is. There are so many out there I think it's easier to close on a new house. Maybe I'm just not fit for the core group after all. Is there something in between core and lurker?
