Bathroom Sink Water Leak

Every time I turn on bathroom sink I get an odd drip/leak in cabinet underneath. I don't know what part needs replaced. It's coming from in between the hot and cold apex pipes underneath. It looks like a hole for where a sink stopper should be but my faucet on top doesn't have that. Has anyone experienced this or know what needs replaced? I'd so appreciate it.
Here is a photo, very hard to describe the location:

Just replaced Ours yesterday! Short story long forget about utilising the Push /Pull Drain that usually comes with the Faucet. The Down pipe will be too long and chances are your RV Sink doesn't have an overflow.
Just plug the small Hole with epoxy and the supplied Rod!
The Taps will be the correct distance apart and should connect right to the Pex !

The op said she had a bathroom sink that is the problem so the spacing will be 4".

If you can't use the the drain control I would flip the fixture over insert the plunger and fill the void around it with 5 min Epoxy. Hold it tight till it sets and carefully cut off the excess rod. Then install as normal.

Take the faucet with you to select a new one. To remove it, turn off the water pump or hose valve supplying the RV. Flush the toilet to relieve the residual pressure and drain the line a little. Unscrew the supply hoses from the valve have a towel ready as a little water may escape. Remove the nuts holding the valve to the sink.

Make sure the spacing between the pipes are the same and try not to get one that would interfere with your cabinetry (similar size base). On my RV, the drain plumbing on the RV is too small to accept tailpipe with the mechanical stopper. Your's may be different.

Kitchen faucets all have 8" spacing so any will fit.
Find a nice one at Home Depot and enjoy!

Sorry. Pex haha. I'm a single mom doing this alone so thank you for the quick responses!
Should I remove the faucet and take it to Lowes to make sure I get the right size?
And Should I get one with a stopper thing on it? Or will it matter since I'm replacing it

X 2 with a new faucet from Lowes or Home Depot. It's PEX not apex btw.

The center to center distance on your cheap plastic one will be the same on a real home faucet.

If it leaking from the middle hole then I would be expect it to be a pinhole or larger hole in the faucet itself.
Replace the faucet with a home faucet
