door lock recall

A couple years ago they had a door lock recall on the FIC locks i put in a request for the free replacement lock but never received them did any of you that may have requested them ever receive them.

Being that there is no time limit on recalls you might consider filing again.

That FIC Recall was nearly 5 years ago in Sept 2013.

Got mine ages ago. Seems like it took about 6 months from the time I submitted the paperwork.

I got mine.
It took a while as they were very backed up with service orders.

I do have to say, in spite of it taking a while, kudos to FIC for standing behind their product and sending out free replacements.

I suggest you contact them and ask what happened to your request.
