The OP's voltages are OK so no open neutral or anything else.
I suspect the rig was hit by a surge of some sort which damaged those items.

The OP's voltages are OK so no open neutral or anything else.
I suspect the rig was hit by a surge of some sort which damaged those items.
What ever the case it looks to be OK now.
