whirlpool washer balance

I just installed a brand new whirlpool stackable washer and dryer. I am happy with the performance of both so far, but the washer literally shakes the entire coach when spinning. Has anyone ever experienced this or know what i can do to maybe balance this machine? Or maybe point me in the right direction to solve this?

ALL Clothes washers have 4 Shipping bolts to secure the drum in transit. IF you read the Install directions it is pointed out to remove those bolts:B Doug

Hi Doug, Maybe I don't remember removing those bolts..:h... can you give me a little more info?

you doing too big a loads Make them smaller then its easier to distribute the load evenly

coach is definitely level, and washer is level also. i will try pausing the cycle and rearranging load to see if that helps. this surely has me puzzled. Please keep any other ideas coming

The washer empty will not shake.> but even my mini can really shake things up (1.6 CU-Ft does bedding by the Johnny Cash Method "One Sheet at a Time" 🙂 )

re-arrange cloths and re-start spin cycle.. You may need to do this a few times.

Make sure the coach is level and the washer is level in the coach.

When my home washer does this I pause the washer and redistribute the load around so it's more uniform.
