3rd gen Dodge exhaust brake with auto trans

Wondering if anyone on here has an exhaust brake on their 3rd gen 03-07 Dodge Ram with automatic transmission and do you like it? Is it complicated to use? I know the torque converter needs to be locked for it to work right and that some companies sell electronic control modules that can help with TC lock up and unlock.

Are you able to get it work in 2nd gear with upgraded transmission and valvebody?

Have the Pacbrake on my '05 2500, been on for 90k miles, had a few problems
but Pacbrake stood behind the product. Works really well with my 13k Arctic Fox
fifth wheel.

2004.5 with aftermarket PacBrake, works great, just an on / off switch on the dash controls it. It also has a compressed air fitting under the hood, on the PacBrake to connect an air hose to, which is quite handy. I can't provide any details other than that, since the previous owner had it installed.

Current truck is 97 with a manual and BD exhaust brake. But I am thinking about picking up an 06 with an auto, and would like to use an exhaust brake with it. I know people have done it, but I am not sure how it would work since I am used to a manual trans.
