Best bunkhouse with bathroom entry

Hi folks! New to the forum and hopefully new to TT's very soon. We have an F150 with tow package allowing 11000lbs towing, payload of 1700lbs.

We are looking for a bunkhouse under 30' with bathroom entry on same side as regular entry. Preferably fiberglass siding. Hubby would like to keep dry weight under 6000lbs, if possible.

Things I've seen that I liked:
Awning that covers whole length including both doors
Shoe garage inside main door
Laundry chute
Spinning TV between bedroom and living area
Under mount sink with hard surface countertop insert for sink so counter is almost continuous
Cabinet in bathroom angled like sink
No U shaped dinette, just regular
Power everything, jacks,awning, etc
Outdoor speakers
No outdoor kitchen
Light switches rather than pushing each light on
I really like the island idea, but it isn't absolutely necessary
A window in each bunk
LED lighting
Flat windows

Anyone know the perfect trailer for us? We are looking at a few manufacturers, but it's so hard digging through websites trying to find floorplans and then trying to find accurate pictures!

Thanks so much for your help!

Interesting list, hope you find what you are looking for. Mine has many things you are looking for but is slightly heavier and has an outside kitchen which is a must got us. I don't know what a shoe garage is, hated power jacks when we had them, will never have an island if it means having a front slide but the great thing is everyone likes something different. Enjoy the search. We have found our last two at RV shows.

Keystone Bullet TT's have them! Goes from the bedroom side table down into the passthrough storage. Just put a laundry basket down there.. Great idea!

Newly build or renovated home brings a very positive energy to a home. There are many ideas available on a web to modify your home according to you. Contractors only help you to generate your ideas. Along with all this, Doors and windows are also very necessary part of the home. It should be superb and must give nice and new look to home from both exterior and interior view.

I had a Pilgrim 312bhss that had a "laundry chute", which was a carpeted cover/hinged lid on the topside of the pass through in the master bedroom. I would store a couple good sized laundry baskets under the lid and drop my laundry down into the pass through. It was awesome.

We love our laundry chute to our laundry basket in the front pass-thru storage. Especially on our longer trips like our two week trip to Florida last year. We also have a garbage chute in the back of our kitchen counter/slide that leads to a garbage can in a exterior storage compartment. The garbage chutes were only available in the Bullet's a short time, I believe, in 2012.

I think under 6000 dry is a good idea.

You guys are great, and quick! Thank you for your suggestions. I'm especially grateful for the commentary on the power jacks. I won't let their absence be a factor in our decision. I'll be taking the suggestion to look into the dealerships closest to us and branching out from there. I had hoped to do most of my leg work online before actually shopping, but I think an initial visit to each with a floorplan in mind is a better place to start. Thank you all, and I'll be back with more specific questions!

I have a Wilderness 2875BH. It has almost everything you're looking for.
No power jacks, no undermount sink, no laundry chute, no awning over both doors, no shoe rack.
Has pretty much everything else you'd want.
I love having an island, it makes a world of difference to me.
I have a trailer that had most I've the above mentioned items that my wilderness doesn't have, and I don't miss it at all.

Jayco has power jacks as an option on their White Hawk series....but I would be careful with those. They are kind of slow, way slower than using a cordless drill with a bit. Also often you need to be near the stabilizers to position jack pads, and if you have to hold a button somewhere it could be inconvenient. I love electric stuff, but stabilizer jacks aren't something I would ever get. On fifth wheels they have self leveling systems....those are different, I don't know any TTrailers that have that.
