lol ya I tried really hard when we got the travel trailer..... no dice.

the popup had a rack on it and my tinny is made for it. has handles and everything. 2 guys easy. by myself not easy but possible. With a dolly and a winch no problem. Dirtpig is the man. that's an awesome setup
Q: Whats brown and sticky???

A: A Stick....

when we had the popup my 14" aluminum went upside down on top of it and the motor went in the back of the truck. not with the TT Im limited to the canoe.
I'm going to be missing that, too. 14' is still awkward to flip around but two average guys can handle it. If I load with some pvc pipes underneath, I can roll it off myself. There is no way I'm slinging it on top of the Hilton (about 10'?).

Bought one of those BAL spare tire carriers and reinforced and mounted under 5th wheel. My 10ft PortaBote slides right in. I put a nose holding bracket attached under to 5er mid-frame also. Bote seats, transom etc., ride on the 5er back fold-down bike carrier. The 5hp outboard travels laying down in the truck at the front of the bed behind the cab.

I like your style. Here is mine. Is your store bought or did you put it together yourself? I made mine but its not as elaborate.
Hope this works out, I tried to resize on photobucket but it would not load for me. Forgive me if the size is wrong.

We got a 12' Porta Bote last year, we've used it on 2 trips so far, we put it on roof racks on the truck. Now that I've got a decent dolly for it, I plan on using it a lot more.

ADK Camper, we do the same. We used to canoe-camp before we got old and soft but one of our canoes always comes with us to the Adirondacks.

Any were in the continental us on interstates, the limit is 13.5 or more (11.5 is my error). Of course side road with old bridges could be less.

We have one of These,

It travels in the basement. and launches from a dolly that rides beside it.

It requires about 45 minutes to set up inflate and launch.

It will safely carry 1300 pounds or 4 full sized adults. ๐Ÿ™‚

Yup, Two long sea kayaks and a canoe.

For what it is worth; We both hate beer, but on a full moon paddle we'll bring a jug of Margarita.
