I've had two loans through Ford Credit so far, and not a single complaint through 10 years of payments. Usually very competitive on rates from my experience.

Ethical company? Try getting away from FOMOCO Finance! Ask our daughter if you have doubts. The people there should be arrested for their unethical buisness practices.

Then contact FDACS to file a consumer complaint. It will be investigated. I will say that I financed a vehicle through them for about a week until I got my bank lined out, I needed the vehicle on a Friday evening to go camping, and other than the interest seeming a little high, I had no problems.

I agree, if wrongdoing is known contact the Govt agency that regulates it as they love to collect big penalties, if not pay what you owe and move on.

Agree. I had one loan through Ford credit. Paid it off early and was promptly mailed a release of lean letter. Probably the easiest loan process I have done.
