What does the door jamb sticker say - total weight of occupants and cargo should not exceed xxxx lbs?
Does your Ford guy understand that payload capacity will be exceeded before the mythical tow capacity?

About "tubs"? IF you find a trailer with a bath tub, it will be so small, it will be virtually unusable. Your camper will probably have a 6 gallon water heater, which will not even be enough water to adequately heat, even a small bathtub, with enough water for even a small child to take a comfortable bath.
6 gallons of hot water will not go very far... Tubs are useless in a camper. Teach the toddler to take a shower, or just simply give him/her a cat bath. Or better yet, hose him down outside.

The only thing I have to add is forget the tub. your camping, so you have to give somewhere.
And if you want a full size bed then you will have to step up to a larger trailer as those are usually the ones to offer a longer bed if it available.

Acdii, my F150 can tow 7500. So I'll be good.
Thanks for headed up

Op, on the subject of bathtub or not:
BUY a trailer that has a small tub. Our trailer has a small tub and for kids it is as useful as the large tub in our house. When our kids were babies we bathed them in kitchen sink. Now 2 yrs. and 5 yrs. they bathe in the small tub. Works excellent. We have a 6 gallon water heater that produces truly scolding hot water. I don't know how the pipes, connections, and valves handle it. Think about it, if you mix 6 gallons near boiling water with 6 gallons cold water you fill a small tub with very comfortable warm water. Half hour later another 6 gallons is ready.
It's great, one of the best parts of our camping is the small tub and 6 gallon water heater. On an early spring outing last year, our kids both took hot baths at 7,000 feet with snow outside. I told them not many people have taken a nice hot bath way back in the mountains like that. It's what a camp trailer provides for us. Get the 6 gallon water heater and small tub. Good luck on the mattress.
