We just purchased a 2007 NL 10.2 RD. The mattress that is in it, is not stock, but I have not idea how to get the thing out of there. My wife and I struggled with it for awhile then gave up. How in the hell did they get that in there, and more importantly, how do I get it out? Any thoughts?
do what I did. Take a mattress company up on their free delivery , removal of your old mattress, and installation of the new one. let them figure it and sweat it out.

More than likely, it was put there before the walls were enclosed completely. You're best chance to get it out is roll it up as tight as possible, fold it in half, squish it down, and (like the above poster said), get a set of ratchet straps and squish the thing down to a pencil. Now ..... if you're attempting to get a new one in ... well ..... good luck! I don't think you want to squish the new one.
