I was going to say this but with all the options out West I thought this was a long shot.

Several years ago, we actually checked out out first truck camper near this bison preserve and fell in love. Just saw one at a campground and struck up a conversation with the owners.

Well, evidently not as easy as I thought it was.

So here is another pic of the valley the 11 mile loop circles. We stopped at this small loop pull off for breakfast and was pleasantly pleased with a herd of deer when the fog started to lift. Though since most folks come to see the wildlife including turkeys, deer, bears, and foxes shouldn't be really surprised.

With over a million visitors a year, I know at least a couple people have been here.

Look close and you can see some deer between the campers.

I knew the answer after the first photo. But then I had inside information as the camper to the right in this photo is ours :B This was our breakfast stop one day last April.

11 mile loop for sure made it easy, but I didn't read the thread. 🙂 I've ridden bicycles around it many times and drove it as well although it's been a whilet.

Close enough. The first picture was standing at the Abrams Fall trail head parking lot. There are at least 6 deer just to the right of the road about 150 feet out. Hate the crowds, but best place to find wildlife.

Your turn.
