Stealth camping
Who are you hiding from? and WHY?
The LAW, society OR just being CHEAP
Our urban boon docking is usually because we are on an extended length trip and I do not want check into a campground just to get some sleep (we will boon dock for a couple days while traveling before staying at campground). We have also urban boon docked in areas where campgrounds were not close by to where we wanted to visit.
I agree that "stealth" has a negative connotation and try to avoid it. Low impact or small footprint boon docking would be another way to describe our stays.

If you're trying to urban stealth camp, why not just paint an orange stripe down the side of the rig and hang "u-Haul" signs on it when you park?

Paint it up to look like a military vehicle and WHO is going to mess with you while you are parked in the boonies?
