Question for hybrid owners

First I can't get the pic to post, so I will try to describe the thing. I am getting my uncles nice coleman HTT and I noticed that before the tent part on the ceiling there is a white cone type thing with what looks like a plug in that screws something in, now its not for the poll that holds up the tent part as that is just past it. So does anyone have an idea of what that is for and what connects to it, my uncle has no idea?????

My neighbor got a HTT the year we traded ours on a hardside. As a "trailer warming" present I gave him the two fan / light combos I had.

Any RV dealer would have them, but they are a bit spendy. I got 2 of mine on Craigslist.

Yes that is what I was talking about, if you look there are screw threads on it that is why I included that in my question, thank you all of you. Now I have to see if he may have them or were I could get them if they are available. Again thank you all!

Exactly, it is the plug-in for the fan/light combo. If you do not have that included with your HTT, it's a great little item. IIRC, cost is around $25 ea and they do a dandy job circulating the air as well as light to read by or just to add a bit of light to the bunkends. Usually can be found on Ebay or Amazon as well as RV suppliers. Happy Camping!

yep, that's exactly what it is, a 12v power source for a fan/light that clips on the post on the bunk end
.

That would also be my guess. A plug in for a Fan/Light Combo that usually comes with pop ups.

you're sure it's something you screw in and not something that resembles a guitar plug....cause if that's the case, that connection is for a fan or light or both combined:
