I think it might be easier to talk about what might be right as there is so much wrong on so many levels I don't know where to start.

I could tell it was a "multiuse stop" as they got lunch at the Pizza place while I noticed one of them hitting the laundry facility across the parking lot.

At least they have a trailer hitch to pull a 24 foot, 2-axle covered trailer for those extra little things along the way.

A simple mistake!
He just put it on the wrong truck.

If it weren't for the nicer looking shape of the truck, I'd just chock it up to one more of the mobile vagrants that have been congregating in Portland the last several years.

There's whole fleets of rundown RVs that move around and squat in on street parking in one area or another.

2nd Sighting
Was driving to Forest Grove this morning about 11:30 saw the same truck/camper in F.G.
It seemed to be doing ok going down the road but the back was lower than ideal.
They turned in Jack-in-the-box and were still there when we drove home later after dumping our
tanks at F.G. Elks lodge. Also saw a sign at a nearby church that said "Don't Judge, you don't know the
paths that others have had to take."

Wow, if I knew all I had to do was throw a couple of ratchet straps on my TC and hookโ€™em to the stake pockets, I could have saved a lot of time, frustration and money with that Torklift stuff.

The stickers themselves add a little extra weight that this guy canโ€™t afford.

Doesnโ€™t the Z71 package include a more compliant (i.e. soft) off road suspension?

I thought it would be quite the opposite, so I looked it up to be more exact..

" It included Billstein or Monroe shocks, skid plates under the tansmission and transfer case, and sometime, the G-80 EATON rear locking axle."

1-He does have the Z71 package..

2-The camper is tied down to the stake pockets.

3-It is plugged in for lights.

3-The bike is secured.

4-Tailgate is down for extra support.

Maybe the guy is just taking it somewhere and this is just temporary.

Oregon doesnโ€™t register by tonnage so heโ€™s not even violating that. The most likely thing would be the braking law which has a maximum distance to stop from 35mph.

Totally...what's right?
Tires appear to be holding good air, not too sqishy.
Secure tie downs with heavy duty ratchet straps. Back door ain't coming open accidentally.
The best is though, the crooked mounted 420 stickers are actually level taking into account the sag of the trucks suspension!

I don't think he can drive fast enough to have a problem with wind blowing the camper off. In fact I think the bike is holding the camper in place
