Torklift customer service

I have a Torklift Superhitch and an extension. Well, the winter was tough on my hitch finish and being just 1 year old, I sent a message to them through their website. I wanted to buy replacment stickers so when I have the hitch powdercoated it would look like new. Not only did they send me the stickers for free, they also included a hat and pocket knife. I felt this was very good and I really like the products and now like the company. Just thought I would share this....

I bent one of my front tie-downs while off loading my camper. I took my truck in to their retail/install store in Kent,Wa. and they sent pics to their main production facility just a few miles away. One day later, I received a call to bring it down so they could take a better look at my problem....two hours later, I had two new front tie-downs on my truck and they wouldn't accept any money..."just wanted to R&D to see if the new model tie-downs (2015) would fit the older chevy trucks". I'm sold on Torklift Internation products.

I got referred to their products by a friend of mine who boondocks a lot (in Death Valley of all places.) The Fastgun turnbuckles are a must have after seeing how quickly it was to get them on and off. Plus, with the locks, it does wonders at keeping a would-be thief at bay. I also like their sawhorses.

Don't blame you, not offering to come to your campsite and cut and stack you firewood is in inexcusable. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

I know, right... How dare they not offer to come split my firewood.

I want my money back.

Our first time to a Truck Camper Rally in Gettysburg, PA, Torklift donated a bunch of things to be raffled off. I emailed them to thank them and got a personalized response. Nothing but Torklift for me.

Very seldom read a discouraging post about Torlift; well thought out products and great customer service.

I've always been impressed with the Torklift products. Their customer service was very helpful when I contacted them to purchase my tie downs,SuperHitch and SuperTruss extension. I wish more companies were as customer focused as Torklift.

I use to live nearby as well, but never made it up north to Kent before they moved to Sumner. One of the employees lived down south and met me to swap out a Stableload that the nut fell off of.

Then a few years later I bought a bigger Supertruss entension, thinking I'd need it for my big cargo trailer, which was much wider than my small trailer, and I thought the trailer would smack in to the camper jacks on sharp turns. It didn't. I took the new Supertruss back and had Torklift rebox it so I could return it to the place of purchase.

My experience with Torklift was HORRIBLE. I had the exact same problem. Needed to repaint my Torklift Superhitch and tie downs. I only live 20 minutes from the factory, so went down there.

Ya, I'm also in the same boat.

I received the wrong tie downs for my front tiedowns. I called them and they sent me new ones for free! Unreal..
