This unit is a bit more versatile than a utility bed, but personally I wouldn't want to sink that kind of money in truck that I would have to part with if and when I sold that truck.

What I see as potential problem with the linked bed is putting camper some distance behind the cabin. Is it 16" or 2 feet?
That with heavy camper like Host, will do bad trick with COG.
Than using the storages for stuff, I think this bed would apply to 5500/550 series truck only if you really want to use it.
