What is this vent in the bathroom? Is it a heater vent?

It could be the furnace vent but if you have an outside kitchen with a fridge,it may be the equilizing vent to help keep the fridge cool when the outside kitchen door is closed.(and air tight.)

I have a vent just like that, it is the vent for the converter. They used the same kind of vent for heat.

Thank you all for the responces! I was just replacing a toilet ring (which their wasn't one installed and wondered why it was leaking at the base) and saw the vent and was curious... We don't use the onboad furnace we use a olympian wave heater...

I got called away from my prior post before I got to add the rest , i hit send by mistake before I could finish .

sometimes the vent tube wiggles free from the vent grill itself. If you try the furnace and nothing happens, make sure the tube is attached to the grill in your pic.

Turn furnace on , place hand near vent. Is it warm ?

Furnace outlet, and it is adjustable too.
You can rotate it to get a lot of heat or very little into the bathroom.
Great for cold weather showers where you want to be toasty when you climb out.
