Wife hates it after one trip. Guess I should have bought this first instead of a triple slide 5th wheel. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Nothing has to go. If the wife does not want to go in the slide in then I part with it. We still have the 5er. I bought a cheap little slide in pop up that I will use when I to go to the woods. Has a sink, 18 gallon water tank, gas heater and a gas fridge. No toilet and no shower but I do have a toilet seat that hooks up to my reese hitch. With all of those luxuries I feel like a king.

Probably a gamble best made while keeping the bigger unit before while testing the smaller unit. 352, could you sell her on having both?

That would be my solution. There are times that I'd like something larger than the Casita and times I'd like something smaller. I want ALL the toys! :B

So, let me get this straight -- 352 is in Oxford, and his wife does not like the camper and wants a fifth wheel. Lap527 is in Ocala, 20 miles away, and her husband prefers a fifth wheel, while she wants a TC.

There is a solution lurking in that fact pattern somewhere . . . . . ๐Ÿ˜‰

Pity you're letting the wife go. We went from tent to popup to hard side and consider it a complete luxury. Better luck with the next one!

That's a nice looking TC. I didn't know Coachmen ever made TC's like that. I'd love to see more pic's of it.

Hey 352,
We had the same experience after two 30' fifth wheels. Bought a 9' Lance truck camper and we both hated it...just too small.
Hope you can come to a solution!

It is a transition for sure! We are just opposites...I love our truck camper and hubby would rather have a tt or our fifth wheel. So far I am winning...lol! Good luck...btw...it looks nice.

My first date with my wife didn't go all that great but I gave her a second chance. Look where we are now.
