Put the 48" hitch extension on. Going to a DressageTraining Clinic with my wife and her young horse next weekend we will be staying overnight on the show grounds. The Clinician is a former US Olympic Rider and excellent trainer. First time towing the trailer with the Lance in the bed since I put the 19.5 wheels on the truck. Nice knowing I have quite a bit of reserve tire load capacity.

Pulled the trigger on a new 200 watt solar system from AM Solar for our Northern Lite 10-2 CDSE. After much research, this seems like the best deal for a proven system (year end sale with free shipping and no sales tax from a highly regarded company). Looking forward to doing the install, my favorite kind of project. Thanks to all who have posted with their descriptions about how they did it. -Mark.

Unloaded and stored TC in barn for winter. Winterized and blocked up for more little changes I want to make after completing our major 4,000 mile circle of the southeast. Sad, but must work to save funds for more travels. The old thing performed perfectly for us and all fixes/changes great. Going to make a change to my TV bracket, fix latch on converter door and rework satellite cable entry port. That new Tailgater dish performed Ahhhmazingly in places we never thought it could work! Great investment and using spare receiver from home only costs us $5.00 a month. We pay for it no matter where we use it so it's all good.

Finally removed 13.5k BTU coleman mach 8 (sold on Craigslist for $500) and installed 9K BTU coleman Mach 8. Question is should I send the $500 to Apache camping center because they mailed me the 9k unit for free? ( when I bought the camper from them they put on the 13.5 unit when I ordered the 9k unit)

...POWERFUL STORM TO IMPACT THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA AND
MONTEREY BAY AREA FROM LATE WEDNESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...

A STRONG STORM SYSTEM IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP OFF THE CALIFORNIA
COAST BY MIDWEEK. THIS STORM WILL BEGIN TO SPREAD RAIN INTO THE
NORTH BAY BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. HEAVY RAIN WILL THEN LIKELY
DEVELOP IN THE NORTH BAY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS THE STORM SYSTEM
BEGINS TO PUSH INLAND. A BAND OF HEAVY RAIN IS THEN FORECAST TO
SHIFT SLOWLY SOUTH THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY
AREA LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY...AND THEN SOUTH INTO THE
MONTEREY BAY AREA AND CENTRAL COAST FROM MIDDAY THURSDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING. RAINFALL WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF BY THURSDAY
NIGHT...BUT SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY AND FRIDAY EVENING.
RAINFALL TOTALS WITH THIS STORM FROM LATE WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
ARE CURRENTLY PROJECTED TO RANGE FROM 1 TO 4 INCHES IN URBAN AREAS
AND AT LOWER ELEVATIONS IN GENERAL...AND FROM 5 TO 8 INCHES IN
THE HILLS. LOCALLY HIGHER RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
NORTH BAY COASTAL MOUNTAINS...THE SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS...AND THE
SANTA LUCIAS.

RECENT SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL HAS SATURATED THE SOILS ACROSS THE
REGION. HEAVY RAIN WITH THIS UPCOMING STORM WILL THEREFORE RESULT
IN MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POORLY DRAINED AREAS...AS WELL
AS RAPID RISES ON AREA STREAMS AND CREEKS. IF HEAVY RAINFALL
PERSISTS FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME...MORE WIDESPREAD AND SIGNIFICANT
FLOODING WILL RESULT. IN ADDITION...HEAVY RAINFALL WILL RESULT IN
MUD SLIDES AND DEBRIS FLOWS IN AREAS OF STEEP TERRAIN.

THIS STORM IS ALSO FORECAST TO PRODUCE STRONG AND POTENTIALLY
DAMAGING WINDS. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE ON WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON AND BECOME STRONG AND GUSTY BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
STRONGEST WINDS ARE CURRENTLY EXPECTED FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT
THROUGH MIDDAY THURSDAY. DURING THIS TIME...WIDESPREAD WINDS
GUSTS OF UP TO 50 MPH ARE LIKELY AND LOCAL WIND GUSTS OF UP TO 70
MPH ARE POSSIBLE NEAR THE COAST AND IN THE HILLS. WIND SPEEDS OF
THIS MAGNITUDE WILL TOPPLE TREES AND BRING DOWN POWER LINES.
WIDESPREAD POWER OUTAGES ARE LIKELY.

THIS STORM SYSTEM WILL GENERATE LARGE WAVES OFFSHORE...WHICH WILL
BEGIN TO BREAK ALONG OUR COAST BY MIDWEEK. HEAVY SURF WILL THEN
CONTINUE THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.

ANYONE LIVING IN...OR TRAVELING TO...THE SAN FRANCISCO AND
MONTEREY BAY AREAS LATER THIS WEEK SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR STORMY
CONDITIONS WITH PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG WINDS.
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE LIKELY DUE TO SLICK ROADWAYS...ROADWAY
FLOODING AND AIRPORT DELAYS. LIGHTWEIGHT OUTDOOR ITEMS SHOULD BE
SECURED TO PREVENT THEM FROM BEING BLOWN ABOUT BY THE STRONG
WINDS.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS FOR UPDATES ON
THIS UPCOMING STORM. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO ANY WEATHER WATCHES OR
WARNINGS THAT MAY BE ISSUED AS WE DRAW CLOSER TO THIS WEATHER
EVENT.

I was getting a black tank stink issue. Flushed it many times, used suppplied the in tank clean out, tank enzymes. Better but still there was that reek. Bought a Camco black tank 4 jet cleanout wand and hooked it up to the garden hose and went to work on it. Fifteen minutes of water flow with the tank draining directly into the house dump station later I wasn't smelling anything bad. Put away the stinky slinky, rolled up the garden hose, tossed the nitrile gloves. I wanted to use what was left in the clean water tank before refilling it to add a few gallons of fresh to the black tank and add some enzyme. So 30 minutes later after backing the rig into its storage spot where the outside AC connection is I popped the lid and started continuous flushing, to add about 3 gallons not a foul odor to be smelled. Best $7.00 ever spent on a Camco product if you ask me.

Finished up my insulation against the cold in the sky light and the overhead vents. Used Vinyl and boat cover snaps along with two inch insulation board. Wife helped lots in the sewing department. Even framed up a piece of Insulation Board fr the Window going to the Truck cab. Came out looking pretty nice, I think.
