The latches on the two sliding side windows of my Outfitter Apex no longer latch. These are Hehr windows, and the latch is possibly "HH-1". I've looked at the Hehr site, this forum, and elsewhere, and it seems to say just unscrew and replace. So...
The frame under my 2006 GMC 2500 HD diesel 4x4, extended cab (2 doors) has rusted so badly that it cannot be repaired, so I have begun looking for a replacement. The bumper to bumper length of my truck is 20' 10", and with the Outfitter Apex 9.5 on i...
My Apex Outfitter is 11+ years old, and has developed a crack in the inside roof extending from the air conditioner to the rear vent. During hard rain there is some dripping around both places, where the AC and vent penetrate thru the roof. I've ...

In November 2018 I drove to the factory at Longmont and had them put a new roof on my Apex 9.5. That experience went fine, completed in 2 1/2 days, and I was on the road home. There must have been a dozen campers on the lot ready for pick-up, so s...
