10 weeks and done

So we started this trip the end of March 2015. Having a great time.
We have had a TC for a long time. Got this 996 just over a year ago. Never did a extended trip like this.
Have learned some new tricks. Guess old dogs can learn new ones.

Great and LOTS of pics. Lol. A bit heavy on Grand Canyon. You were at LeeVing but didn't go up to see Bodie Ghost Town !!!. U were at Cap. Reef but didn't go to see Arches & Canyonlands at Moab!!! You just gotta do it again. lol

Enjoyed the tour. Nice to see some areas we still have on our travel bucket list. Have been to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar in Jackson. Sat in the saddles (2 different days) enjoyed some lunch and beverages. Love the woodwork. Great photos of your journey.

TC = Truck Camper. Taller than your Class B, but pretty similar in the go anywhere options compared to other RV types.

A click on the OP's profile shows an AF 996, so I made an educated guess the AF stands for Arctic Fox. A Google search offered up photos and images of the floorplan for that type of camper.

I read the whole blog. Sounds like a good trip and great photos. I use to have a camper before our 5th wheel and love the fact you can bring them almost anyway.

Well we made it. Got the blog all updated with stops, miles, etc. Was nice to get home, but alas, heading out to the Nascar Race at Sears Point for 5 days. Should be fun.

Only a couple weeks left. Can tell the tourist season is gearing up.

Well, the trip is now heading south. Should end up at the Grand Canyon, then Scottsdale, AZ by the end of the month.

Then over to 395 north!

Have had some weather, thats for sure. but having a blast.
