Government Shutdown Quartzsite LTVAs

For those interested, the entry offices at the Quartzsite Long Term Visitor Areas are closed for the shutdown, but the entrances are open, as are the vault toilets, water fill stations & dump station.

As of yesterday evening, the dumpsters at La Posa West were empty. Full the day before. I didn't see who dumped them - I haven't checked La Posa South...

You can go in and camp but be sure after the shutdown the BLM Enforcement Officer will be going around checking for pay tags and make you go to the entrance station to sign up.
