Not my first choice for a campground experience but we are going to Vegas In the middle of March for 2 nights. We would like to be with in a reasonable distance to the airport and the strip. Also we are looking for RV storage for 2 weeks. Any recommendations.
Thanks for your input,
Phancy

Which is now KOA.

Which makes it expensive. Right down the street is another casino, non koa, that is nice too. Name starts with an ""A".

It's closed. The new KOA is the old SAMs town. We also enjoyed staying at the KOA but that is all over now.

We have stayed at Oasis. Very nice park and easy access to the Strip and area casinos.

Sam's Town is now a KOA. The Las Vegas RV Resort on Nellis, just up the street from Sam's Town starts at $29.00

We have stayed at Las Vegas RV Resort and liked it very much. We expected and
didn't mind the drive to the Strip and downtown. Great price when we went at
$30/day and many pull thru sites were available. It is on the north/east side of town. The NASCAR race is March 8,2015.

Yeah it is nice. The neighborhood around it is so-so and you have to drive to any attractions. See it here

Oasis is very nice and convenient. They accept Passport America which means half price rates. Ours paid for itself in one night there,

Be aware Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort on older RVs states they have the right to refuse you to stay there. Now that is probably very good news to those with newer RV'S that don't want to park near that OLD RV but to myself that has an older RV I am not about to be set up to be told I cant stay.
