Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

Picture Posting Help

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

The campground has pit toilets which are very clean and smell good compared to some I have used over the years. Of course we have grown to the self contained rig life so not an issue. They have a dump station for use of $5. The lots on the river were $24/night. The owners will bend over backwards for you and make your stay pleasant.

Lovely campground. I searched for them online and saved their website in my 'Great Campgrounds' Favorites folder. Would love to camp there one day!

BTW, how were the bath-houses? Were there more than one? Did they charge more for the river-front sites?

Thanks for sharing the photos.
HAPPY CAMPING!!

This is a very out of the way campground we stumbled on last year. Our second time visit we enjoyed canoeing and just relaxing. Located just north west of Lansing and a short drive from the home.

The sites are very wide which allows your rig to face the river.

The wild life is abundant. State land surrounds the area.

Fire pits directly along the river.

We just got back from six days in 3 different Arkansas campsites.

Lake Catherine.Lots of room between sites.
White River at Bull Shoals State Park. Sites kind of close but what a setting!! Water temp 47 degrees. No fan needed outside at night.

Lake Deray between Hot Srings and Arkadelphia. Water was just hidden by trees. Would be able to see water from site in winter.Still a nice site.Table and pit are behind picture taker. (ME) Lots of room.

This is Silent Valley Club, Banning, CA 07/07/07. We are in Group camping site B764. We are not members, but got to go as part of our church family camp. We had a great time, they have tons of things to do for the whole family.
