Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

Bull Run Regional Park - site 97. All sites on this side of the road (and some on the other) have electric on the passenger side of the site while water and sewer hook ups are in ideal locations - extension cords are needed in most cases - strange layout to us.

Seven Points COE CG near Nashville TN. Lots are large, clean and nicely shaded.

We had a tri-level spot with a full view of the lake.

Prophetstown St. Park Indiana. This is a very beautiful park. Over 2,100 acres of park lots of trails to walk on. There's a working farm to see and you can go on a hike with a ranger to see some eagles nets with eaglets in them. The rest rooms were clean. Full hook ups and electric only. Sites are very spacious and you get a sense of privacy. Our site was # 133. It's a very quite park. Were there on the July 4 and temp's were middle 70 to 80 degree's.

Site # 133 Full Hook Up

Great park. We often stay there the weekend after Thanksgiving if the weather is okay.

Looks worse the it was. The side to side was just a few inches, front to back of several inches but no standing water when it rains!

I hope you're not serious when you say that !!!

We spent last week at Rockn R RV park in Gruene TX. This is a couple of pictures of our spot.

Our TT was backed up to a view of the Guadeloupe River. Our spot is 38 which is next to a drivable ramp to the river's edge to picnic.

This is view from the picture window in the back of our TT.

Another view we could see while sitting ouside in front of our TT.
Our parking spot mostly gravel with a cement picnic area. It had water, elec, sew, and wifi. Pack up day ๐Ÿ™‚

Here is the park's link if anyone is interested.

My family and I recently went to Hot Springs, AR and stayed at Lake Catherine State Park, lot 63, just a few minutes drive southeast of Hot Springs. My understanding is that they had just recently done some renovations to the sites. The sites were very nice and the park had many things you can do during the day. Below are some photos of the site and the park. I would strongly recommend this park to anyone going to that area, but plan ahead I booked 6 months ahead of time and I could not get a waterside spot.
