there are getting to be so many categories I am not sure where to post this. But today I got my set of Andersen levels and it came with a storage bag. I bought it from fayette trailer sales in Pa. they sell this whole kit for less than Amazon and free shipping. it is one heavy kit, they weight a ton. if I carry this kit in my TT I will have to leave something else home. well, maybe it was a good thing I quit drinking, Huh? it's too cold out side to try them out now and will probably wait until the snow thaws. It's great to be alive.

I have the Andersen levelers (not the kit). My RV did not have any levels on it for me to know when I am level and how much I need to adjust to get it level. My FIL had one on his so I added two to my trailer.

Graduated Levels

Now I can roll up on the andersen levelers while watching the graduated levels to know when to stop. That usually puts me close enough I can use my auto leveling system to get the rest of the way there. (FYI, I have found I need to be pretty close to level before using my auto leveling system.)

This forum is fine. If you do not count the "Ask Marcus" forums, there have been no new forums added to RV.net for the past several years. I think the last new one was this one (DIY), and it is at least 4 or more years old.

Enjoy your new leveling kit! ๐Ÿ™‚

my son was over tonight with the little grandson so we could get our grandson fix and I showed him the kit and he commented on how heavy it is. I told him I had been on the forum and said I might have to leave something at home if I take the kit, and he said, "Oh Mom's letting you go camping by yourself?" got the look from mom. guess I have to take with me. again. LOL

Now that' funny right there!!! While I have never met you or your wife, I think I know that look!!! My wife has given me what I am sure is that same look. Happy Camping, John

that look is universal......every husband out there knows that look.

We use ours at every place we stop.Easy Peasy side to side leveling.A lot less weight than carry blocks.I do carry two 12"x24" 1/2" plywood for the soft or muddy sites so they don't sink in.

I bought the kit and had to remove about 1-1/2" to allow them to fit between the tandem axels.
I was able to leave a bunch of blocks at home so that saved space in the pass through storage.
I don't like the plastic step. It is very slick so unless I modify it, it probably will not be used.
