This is a DIY type modification and you will be glad you did it.
The CRD libby's did not come with a fuel pump. The injector pump SUCKS the fuel from the tank. There have been a number of problems that have occurred with this VM engine that have been misdiagnosed.
The mod I am referring to is to install a Modual from a 3rd generation Ram truck 03-06 in place of the modual that is there now that just measures your fuel level. Producing some pressure for the injection pump your jeep will rum better, start easier,Idle better, and best of all, better fuel mileage. This is a drop in modual, but you have to watch the wiring, cause its different, not just plug together and have it work. The hot and ground needs to be figured out.
