Were the existing wires stapled/secured to structure along the way? If not, they could have been used to pull in the new wires.

Another example of bad quality . Can you have it fixed under warranty? I doubt you could pull it through. If you try securely fasten new to old and try. If it hangs up bull it back through. What a sad deal.
