Will it fit thru the door?

We want to remove the fold-out hide-a-bed sofa from our fifth wheel and replace it with a smaller unit. We know those fold-out's are heavy as all get out, but will they fit thru the door?

I welcome any advice from folks who have done this.

Mine fit through with no problem. I now have a recliner and looking for a second one to match.

BTW. If putting in a recliner, get a wall hugger.

I started with nothing and I still have most of it left

I never fail, I just succeed in finding out what doesn't work

the sleeper sofa in our TT, the back came off and it was easy to get out, look for a smaller one that the back comes off also. JMHO
also it was screwed to the floor with "L" brackets

The back might lift off, like a lazy boy chair. Ours did.

Be sure and tie it together after you get it loose and folded. Otherwise you might be in for a big problem about half-way out the door.

Just put sofa in the open/flat position and you should be fine. Stand on edge and it should fit through the door.
