Picked up a used Fifth Airborne a couple years ago for my Raptor...found it on craigslist cheap so i thought i had nothing to lose. What an improvement , especially on dips in the road. Soaks up all the bouncing. If i would have known how much it improved towing i would have spent the money for a new one years ago!

Ours came with the TrailAir. It's a nice comfy ride. No complaints.

Another 5th Airborne. I can see in the rear view mirror the trailer moving up and down somewhat independent of the truck as I go over bumps in the road. Also eliminated virtually all what little chucking I had before. Works great.

there were a lot of issues with the Tri glide.. MOST were because folks were NOT greasing ALL 9 of the zerks. They were only doing the 6 that were visible.. By not greasing all 9, they were experiencing a lot of what they thought was chucking.. It was the glide plate moving front to back..

I had the Fifth Airborne on my last fiver, and have the Trail Air Flex Air on this one...

I will not own a fiver without either ( or equivalent )

I have had the Fifth Airborne since 2009. Really cushions the ride. Would never pull another fifth wheel without one.

We also have Reese Fifth Airborne. Pulls nice and smooth, you can see it absorbing the bumps.

We have the Reese Fifth Airborne on our trailer. The ride is amazing. We used to get bounced around from the bridge abutments, not anymore. Sure the truck bounces but the airbag in the pin box absorbs the shock from the trailer.

I would highly recommend getting one. Not sure what your trailer frame is but the Fifth Airborne is for the Lippert 1621 and 1621HD frames.
